Our Academy expands opportunities across police, fire, EMT, judicial, legal, corrections, probation, and victim services, while grounding students in Tribal values, beliefs, and ceremonies. By integrating cultural teachings with career preparation, we help youth strengthen their identity, build leadership skills, and create pathways to success that honor tradition, service, and community protecting tribal sovereignty.

Any amount is appreciated, and a $5,800 donation sponsors one student by covering the full cost of their participation in the program.States sponsors will be acknowledged and recognized in our marketing and communication with all 574 federally recognized tribes and the 65+ state recognized tribes.
